Anclote Fire & Safety, Inc. will not be held liable for any injuries, or damages arising from the use, or misuse of any products sold via mail order, telephone, fax, web site, store location, or by one of our company representatives. Warantees hereby expressesd are strictly those of the manufacturer. Anclote Fire & Safety, Inc. does not issue warantees above those stated by the manufacturer. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% interest per month until the balance is paid off. Customer checks returned due to non-sufficient funds will be charged a fixed fee of $35.00 plus all AFS bank charges. By receiving the above listed goods, the purchaser agrees to these terms. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders, to include colors and sizes which are not a normally stocked item, imprinted goods, or tailored/altered items etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE.
